With extensive experience in e-commerce and a hands-on approach, she built Veritize with the belief that auditing should be thorough and manual, ensuring no reimbursement slips through the cracks. Haley is committed to offering world-class customer service and personalized attention to every client.

Her passion for helping sellers reclaim their hard-earned money drives the company's values, with a focus on delivering results without the upfront costs.

The team behind every audit. Every analyst at Veritize previously worked at or with Amazon. That background is the reason our audits surface discrepancies rules-based software misses — our team has seen how inventory, fulfillment, and reimbursement data is generated from the inside. Each analyst is trained in-house on our audit methodology before working on a client account, and every account is assigned to a specific analyst who handles it end to end.

How much does this cost?
Nothing upfront. We only take 20% of recovered funds.
What types of reimbursements do you audit?
Lost inventory (lost inbound, lost in warehouse, reimbursed for less quantity), damaged inventory (carrier, warehouse, or after a customer return), refunds (returned late or never returned, over-refunds, refunds never reimbursed), wrongly disposed or misplaced units, FBA fee and weight/dimension overcharges, AWD shipment and inventory discrepancies, and DD+7 policy transactions. If Amazon owes it, we look for it — and we add new discrepancy types to every client's audit as Amazon's policies change.
Do you audit AWD shipments and DD+7 policy transactions?
Yes. AWD discrepancies — units lost inbound to AWD, lost or damaged while stored there, or short received on an AWD-to-FBA transfer — never appear in FBA inventory reports, so we reconcile them separately against AWD's own shipment and inventory records. We also audit DD+7 policy transactions: policy reimbursements that were never issued, issued but never received, or short paid. Each of these requires its own permission in Seller Central, which is why we ask for it during onboarding.
What if I already use another tool for my reimbursements?
That's okay! We have clients switch over from other reimbursement companies all the time. Our first report is retroactive, so if your old company missed anything, we can recoup it for you!
Is this a long-term contract?
Nope. No contracts. You can stop anytime.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just access to your Seller Central account! We only require the bare minimum permissions needed to do our job. After that, we handle the rest!
